My approach:

It’s normal to struggle, and we do best when we have compassionate support to help us reflect on and process difficult experiences, rather than the harsh judgments many of us carry around in our heads or experience in our oppressive and perfection-obsessed society. My relational therapy style and mind-body approach allow me to join you in gaining a better understanding of your unique wounds, and together discover tools to help you heal.

I provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth and in person. All prospective clients begin with a free 15 minute phone consultation to help us determine if I will be the right therapist for you.

I understand — it can feel intimidating to reach out to a therapist! During our consultation I’ll ask you a few questions about what kind of support you’re looking for to help us determine if we are a good fit. You’ll have a chance to ask me any questions you have.
